Joymax workers cannot seem to tell time?

In order to maintain a pleasant gaming and smooth patching experience, all servers will be undergoing weekly server inspection.

Weekly server inspection will occur every Tuesday.

Game Inspection Period : Sept 21, 2010 13:00~15:00 Silkroad Standard Time (2 hours duration)

Now can someone please explain to me how the inspection is a 2 hour duration, yet we are now coming up on 3 hours.... The least they could do is be honest and tell us when the servers will be back up...

You should atleast know by now that this happens. Not only silkroad but it happens to other mmorpgs aswell.
