I just dont understand it .. are there so much new players ( i mean real new players ) and thats why they open new servers?
Or is it just that old players which werent maybe the top pwners on their server, try their luck on a new server again with their Xth char?
Or does Joymax gain so much from a new server and thats why they open new ones?

I dont know what to say other then LoL ..

If it keeps going like this we will have till XMas 50 servers ~ ~

Funny thing is some ppl who started over at Petra already did same on Aral... Ofc they bought prem+, pet and dress. And I dont think thats only 1 person and ya some ppl just decide to start again after 1 year break or change server.

Joymax seemed to earn alot of money each serverstart, at Petra, Tigris and Aral... If they wouldnt have earned enough money at Aral for example they wouldnt start another server..
Still there are some ppl which start over very often just to be the highest lvl for some weeks or months. Later on it doesnt matter anymore...

so no goldbots --> no goldbuyers --> no inflation ---> prices of items drops ---> Easier to buy things?

I don't think much will change in the prices for SoN's atm. Prolly stay the same for a long time.

thats true at the old servers, but at the new servers u see that elixirs goes waaaaaay cheaper then they normally do after 2~3 weeks with a Gbot infested server(full server)

it looks promising for the new servers but there is no faith at the oldies.
but still you have the private gbots from players itself.so that wouldnt help to 'fix' the economy even if its a new server

the answer that new servers make them gain more money. why ? first the people that want to be 100 in like 2 weeks what do they do???? first they buy prem plus and avatar and Devil and charge money ( not necessary i guess) so when they open a lot of services they earn a lot and a lot of money and they can attract new player to play the game until they be their favorite customer that's all .

The amount of silk spent the 1st day of a server opening probably covers server operation costs for its lifetime...

I think DuTcHtUrK is right.
The economy in SRO is so chaotic from server to server. Perhaps they just have realized how unbalanced the game is (in all the ways possibles).

Let's assume that there are 500 players who charge atleast 1k silks( some charge even more) so there are 500x100=50000$ from day 1. I think that's enough to buy a server and run it for 1-2 years.
In those years people will charge more silks so hell yea it's a profitable bussiness.
I think gaymax will start opening like 2-3 servers/inspection in the near future
