There are a couple of methods:
1. Modify your hosts file to change all login server IPs to the login IP address you want. If you do this and that login server goes down, you will be unable to connect until you fix your hosts file again.
2. Detour the connection to redirect to the login IP. For example, with
you'd redirect the login IPs to the new login IP rather than localhost. I.e., 121.128.133.28:15779 -> 121.128.133.30:15779, 121.128.133.29:15779 -> 121.128.133.30:15779, etc...
