Alternative to isro?

But if someone can send me the link to download ksro..^^

I got another problem, if I want to create a character(rsro), it shows me something I do not understand, and I cannot create a character, I tryed with other names aswell, without change..
Instead of rusian name, there are ?? only..
Any soloution?
