how can i calculate when to add str points if i am going 1:8 pls tell me and is hybrid gd 4 a spear ???

Yep, you could also ad first ..13 lvls just str, then next 87 lvs all int. but if your going nuker that wont work xD so stick with the way my2play said.

There are 2 Spearhybrids on Athens, both hitting very well damage. Normally i cannot be killed so fast since im a euro with +6 set (warrior/cleric) but these guys are able to kill me in pvp much more easily than any other chinese without sun. I just know that they got about 22k HP, is that PureInt? Or small Hybrid?

8:1 or 9:1 possibly. Cant say it for sure, cause you dont know about the blues on their sets, farmed or not, Prem or not, DS or not, Avatar or not, and so on ..

hm...my guildmate is lvl100 hybrid INT Spear 9:1 and he has 24k hp and almost 40k mp xD FB set + sun spear xD

i know that but i meant at which lv should i add a str point like i add 3 then add 1 ;at lvl 4 7 10 13 16 etc but thnx

I would add the STR points later on.
Masteries .. that depends on what kind of a Spear Hybrid Nuker you wanna go for. There are some suggestions and some different builds, so take a look at them, get some ProPlayer oppinions about that build and go for it
