My account has been blokes for the deacons time for useing illegal programs but the only program I used is SROKing . Is sroking an illegal program or not also what should I do about it

all bots loaders for sro are illegal... only way to prevent a ban is to use legit launcher and nothing else..

Yea, sure, send a msg to joymax including a cite of the customer agreement, showing the part where botting is allowed.

Just for the case that you are not getting the point...the usage of third party programs is ILLEGAL.
Therefore a ban IS possible.

Read the **** game rules, if you are lucky you just got a week ban, so dont use any illegal programs and stay on the safe side when the punishment time is over.

Like said before; Only using the normal launcher will prevent you from getting banned.
No, you can't do anything about the ban.
