Received no silk by buying it with pay safe cards

Hi all ,

I bought 525 silk and payed it with 35 euro paysafe cards.
The transaction was successfull and the paysafe cards are empty.
Now i m waiting since 2 days and i still haven't the silk !

I wrote much bug reports to joymax but they dont answer.

Then they i saw that they had make an paypal inspection but i still dont have my silk -..- .

Does someone know what i should do now?

I hope somebody can help me ....

I think Joymax didnt do anything wrong because i charged Silk just a moment ago with PSC so my question is did u bought the PSC?Because if u did u have to ask the earlier owner of PSC who sold u that if he charged Silks with it and he will answer no anyways but if u bought it from someone maybe the 'someone' that sold u those charged with it. . . .

No i bought the psc's in a shop.
And i m waiting 2 days , at this moment they didn't wrote the paypal inspection .

check your paysafecard again, by now you should have got your money back, just take a day or 2
