How to get this Lvl 119 mirror quest.

I already reached 119 and i saw there is this unlimited quest called " Thirst for Blood (Unlimited Repeats)"

I already check the npc in the mirror teleporter that is supposed to have it. It doesnt. Which means I probably gotta finish some other quest first before getting it.

Problem is i checked rev6 for it , and only thing that says in it is that after finishing this quest it unlocks a quest, but it does not say the quest is unlocked by finishing "blah blah blah".

So any one knows how to get this quest?

Mobs lvl 120 wolfs
Its a hunting quest
30m xp
Hunt 2 type of mobs
,
Also they got another quest
called “scrap metal”
Give 30m xp
Collect from 2 mobs
All give same drop
,
Both quests have same targets/mobs to kill
,
If u in 3/8 pt (to not spawn pt mobs for fast kills)
U will finish/exchange a 60m worth of xp in 12~15 min
,
Just set “mirror town” as return base
No storage there though
And stay there till lvl 133 maybe
,
The amount of xp is crazy...
And the price of high degree set too
to move to higher mobs

bump, I have to same problem with a lvl 113 quest, the npc that should have it it doesnt

got to finish this quest: Bloodthirsty beasts (NPC: Lost soldier Brandon in mirror town)
to unlock the repeatable "Thirst for Blood"

after 2years i know xD

also
how can i avoid getting debuffed?
i got fireshield & holySpell
both protect for debuff's Lv12
but im still getting hit by them from those 120 mobs...

what else reduce the effect chance?
