Silkroad - R

Hello guys. Me and my bro really wanted to play Silkroad many times, but we just never had the time nor the will to farm for hours (LONG LONG LONG hours).

I just found out about Silkroad - R (I think it stands for Reborn) and among the differences, it states a "more balanced sp system". What does it mean?

Does it mean that I finally can JUST PLAY the game, with any build I want and not have to be stuck at level 16 for 400 hours?!

Please tell me more about it if you can, I found a few sources but they're mostly people arguing in forum posts...

*Also, if I want to find a build for Silkroad R, do I look for a regular silkroad online build? (a Chinese spear nuker let's say)

as for ths skills, is just like more sp rate XD
and no, it is a little easier to lvl up but not that much different at higher levels
btw, lvl 16 and stuck? normally I can lvl to 25 in one day, not bot no plvl(no offense)

How much more SP rate? Do I still have to be farming sp for hours like a robot?
And what I meant by "stuck at level 16" is that I had to farm sp points for days and days at level 16 in order to create a good character build..

when i said "sp rate" i meant that consider it
is just a little easier to get

Also going FGW(forgotten world) will give you sp scrolls(if you kill the uniques offcourse)

i think he means gameplay changes, not new features

No no, I actually mean ANY way to get SP... Doesn't matter if it is a new game feature or not, I just don't want to end up grinding for SP at low levels (or for more than a day or two in general..)

** I've read somewhere that you can't "down level" here. It seems to me that it is a mechanism designed to keep people from farming sp.. In the old fashion way at least..

well, i usually clasify features into 2 groups

• Can be easly implemented on a private servers(items, rates, skills)
• Can be implemented via debugging or cant be implemented at all(formulas, hardcoded info)

i think SRO-R is located mainly on the first group rather than on the second
