Ok. Some advices for your set:
1. I didnt see the Head try to put some stamina on it.
2. Change that **** ring lvl 72 to one 76+.
3. Find a good earring
4. Learn to do alchemy because u will really need it trust me!
5. DONT buy stones! Only elements and tablets they are cheaper.

I mean in the head to example there is Mag.def pwr 156(and here some number to example +20%)
if i change the +20% to higher number how is it effect my mage defence?
and how can i do it

If you change the 20% to a higher %, the Mag. Defence will go up. You can do it with Alchemy, just find some stones and make elements..

and theoneofgod bro I tried the 2nd weapon buff and its don't change the weapon alone ,how can i make it change?

I really don't know howmuch they'll hit less, but should be a little...

if base mag. def is 100, 20% is 102, 65 will be 106.5 so it wont be that much if your % are high on 1 part, but lets say you get your set 80+% which is 20% now, you would get an extra 6x6 = 36 mag. defence, thats better as nothing. It does pay off to get good %'s on your stuff, eventho the extra def. seems small.

So its nothing... even if I do on all my set +80% its will give me just 8X6 =48 mag.defence right ?
and Why on agbot its do not change the weapon and do the buff?
I did recovery devision 2nd weapon ...

make sure you select Recovery Division as " Add Buff 2nd Weapon " and change the delays, and make sure you put the 2nd weapon ( your cleric rod ) in Return to town or he won't change.

Well if you wanne walk around with a crappy low % **** on your set be my guest... I'm just saying it does pay of to have good %'s..

Sama as on a weapon, if you take a D8 staff, idk the atk it has but should be around 1.1k, 0% 50% -> 1.6k right, 100% would be a 2.2k magical..

Your gonne say thats not helpfull either?

Its helpfull you right .. but if I add to each part of my set like 80% so It's will add to the part more 8 mag.def is it working like that?
and about the 2nd weapon It's working to me thanks theoneofgod and everyone was help me.
