no it doesn't .... If i understood you correctly .. it's same thing if you put 9 str at lvls 60, 61, 62 or on 74, 75, 76 .... would make no diffrence since you added 9 strs .... balance will drop or incresse the same depending on what you added !

actualy it does because when u add the str it means u dont add int so that reduces ur magical balance but as u put it for powerleveling i think it is ok
personaly i added str to my char from 71-80 and it went well but depends on how u feel like

and for Mr.Redrum yes the build is good i mean the 90 heuk 90 light 90 cold 30 fire or force

im making this one my self again on gaia
