Buying silks is not a 100% guarantee solution to avoid getting ban. The proof is the poll in the thread I made about getting ban using Agbot.

Maybe if you use the bot steadily. I presume that JM looks into the overall statistics of a Char before banning it. If it seems that it's unhuman then he get ban

Maybe thats why some unbotting people get banned by mistake. Their statistics could be way far than any normal human can do (24/7)

After Legend 3 I admit I grinded A very, very long time without breaks, but mostly was in 8/8 Euro party's lol.

I also think it depends on what server you are located..Take Babel for example, there is never any bots banned.

IMO, Older servers are less strict, just from experience.

I think this ain't true at all.
Legits getting power leveled all day are, in your way of thinking, doomed to be banned?

I think it's the date you send to their server, in which they can see if you use any programs like loader, bot, etc.
