[QUESTION]How to make your custom weapons in Silkroad.

I've recently seen a video of someone who had editted their weapon, it looked pretty impressive.(link down below)
Now I've been looking for tutorials but I couldn't find any.
Is there someone who knows wich programs to use to edit things like this?
