What can you buy from the stall network?

I used to play CSRO but since ISRO got rid of their log in issues, I came back. And I noticed now the stall network changed and can you also buy stuff like loot pet and devil spirit from ISRO's new stall network? Or is that only available in the foreign SRO versions.

yes you can buy the trade-able kind of pets/devil spirits ( the ones bought by prem silk ) from the new stall network ( consignment )

i'm playing in Azteca Server and you can find some stalls in Hotan > Stable selling dead pickup pet, pickup pet ress, devil spirit ress, etc. also, watch out for globals since most of them write it there.
