Can you tell me does the skill

Must\Flow\Speed\Force - Piercing Force , adds the Glavers more dmg ??

And second with what does parry ratio helps me ?

1. Its only a small bit of dmg but every bit helps.
2. The higher the parry the lower the inflicted dmg.
