Euro items got weakened

its not a significant amount but well its still weakened , pro/accs are the ones affected but weps remain the same.

Man why the fck would they nerf Chinese characters too! It's not like we get to spam bless spell like the ****** 90 percent of wiz/clerics in the game. Seriously my first char I made was wiz/cleric but why the hell would I want to be the same build as half the game.
