i go on the webcite i write my id/pw/new pw/ and e-mail and then it come out like this

Yes works but now after old pw u have to type e-mail which was registered thia account

For me works fine i changed pw just yestarday

If u dont remember ur e-mail it is my mistake?
Try to translate Chinese msg to English to see the reason
