There is problem Quest texts are missing in original media. Manualy adding its hard loooong work. And texts quest from another media have different structure and i think it wont work.
For quest you can use

Hey guys. I am uploading my working english pk2. It supports everything in english expect the event screen
I will keep updating the pk2 for you. I strongly recommend you to save the russian pk2. If you don't trust me, scann it on VirusTotal - Free Online Virus and Malware Scan, but as the most of you should know, you can't corrupt a pk2, still feel free to scann it :)
