look for an older version of extractors, some cant handle data.pk2 because its too big. original joymax extractor is working if i remember well. google it

What exactly isn't working? I don't think you will get any official support, the thread is 10 years old. I am using this since the first day of its release, if you tell me your problem maybe I might help.
