RuSro Char - Invalid Character Name

Hello.
Everytime i want to create and Char in RuSro (with correct russian name) it says Invalid Character Name. Invalid letter used. i use the russian media.pk2 to create it, i just translated it into english.
may someone know this problem and can help me?

Use clean russian media

Pm Disco Teka on this forum and ask him to make a char for you. If you can't on your own.
