emm if u are rich than go Spear/Cold/Light and everytime use the best protect u have

or if u wana pwn *** of everyone including warriors(maybe) go BIcheon/Cold/Light

There is no best build. There are options, it depends on what do you want to do. If you have money for good set, go spearnuker. But if you like bicheon skills more, you can be s/s nuker. In pvp, definitely spearnuker owns.

If you choose the right str/int stats spear can be better, but int s/s is also a strong opponent. I prefer spear tho in terms of fun-ness xD

freeze doesnt work if they got holy spell or resistance.
i say fire/cold/heuk - i just dont like light(its ugly imo xD)
