A Good cSRO Server

I am trying to find a good server (preferably on Div2) that has small Turkish community so nothing gets ruined, people who actually PvP. And people who actually knows SOME ENGLISH.

I know that mosst cSRO players had this same issue as me before, so yea.

Any one?
