since arbalete said that on the end of 2010 ds will be implented, that means new update. So hopefully 110 cap comes then.

The game will be Event "Capture the Flag". In the competition involving players from approximately equal level. The purpose of the competition - to capture and retain a neutral flag during a certain time.
