Have a Problem with Hybrid Spear!!

hello,
i have a lvl 95 hybryd spear nuker he have 16 lvl to str...
now I dont know is that very **** or not ?
I have 17k hp and 28k int...
I want to make Heuksal=lvl100,Fire=lvl100,Cold=lvl 100 IS THAT GOOD?
PLS can anyone help me how i can make this bulid good ?

look how many int ,str point u have and see if u make it 2:1 or 5:1 what or tell me how many int,str point u have remember without items , and about 100 spear+fire+cold i think is good to make spear + elec +cold

ok thx I have 152 STR Point and 353 Int Points and I´m lvl 96 ...
what bulid I have now Im spear Nuker but i dont know its good 152 STR and 353 INT without set... ??? thx when u can help me...

that mean you 2:1 or 3:1 good for strong spear take all u set full int 6 /100% and spear more than +5

(especially when you're lvl 95)
