csro account problem

today i create account. i reach 10lvl and log off. after ~3hour i try to log in and always account is already logged in. whats the problem?

is the sro_client.exe still opened in the task manager?
try to change your cid. if two people have the same cid, only one of these can login

I have the same problem ,and when i try to change my CID something its wrong:/
