What lvl do you mean? Bc if in start 0-30 or maybe more - glavie, but later x-bow will own with his High Crits.

Xbow is doing some nice damage on extreme.

Glavier > All over good only sucks at Uniques, seems like a PotWaster at higher lvls
Xbow > Good Damage, crazy Crits, average good on Pvp, Great for Uniques, FW and GW

Suggestion: Xbow Cleric if you can farm him a bit on Ongs or Xbow Bard with Gap 2
