i have 1.92 so i need to download new ? i played on tsro and i want play again what can i do ? pls answer !

All foreign ip's banned .So you need to live Taiwan/HongKong to connect Tsro again.

Actually, there's a way to have your ip un-blocked if you had an account before the ip ban. However there wont be too many english speaking players on TSRO so idk if it'd be worth it.

don't forget Malaysia and Singapore and to get your ip-unblocked you must speak Chinese or have connections to someone in Taiwan that can call customer service for you
