try it out with paypal,if they scam you,you can make chargeback.

It's not the cheapest but legit, I know many people who got their silks there.

Ive used Goldceo about 3 weeks ago and they havnt scammed me yet, and why should they? they are a business. they have too much to loose. BTW its owned by thepowerlevel.com so if u trust them no reason why not to trust goldceo and infact the cheaper way than goldceo is only $1 cheaper per 30 silk. and thats to buy from unalis. and you need to translate the whole **** to do it. so not realy worth going to the trouble when goldceo offer same thing but $1 more.
Bottom line is yes they are 100% trustable
