meaning updates level cap etc...

I think Ksro should be first, well obviously Joymax would upgrade it first.

Go with cSRO-R (Not sure if it was a Testserver or a Official one) but it has a lot of new Stuff that kSRO/iSRO/SRO-R doesn't have at this moment.

As far as I know it contains the new Arena Feature, 125 Skills, Baghdad plus Areas around it, newer Animations for some Builds (Not sure if normal cSRO or the cSRO-R Version but ya, Wizard wields the Staff strangely when casting the new Nukes and CHN Players do have a different Buff Cast Animation)
New Uniques, New Monsters, NPC's, Objects, pretty much more ...

when i played ksro 3 years ago it was:
ksro is about 4 months ahead from isro
from now i don't know too much.

It's hard to show the new Content of the Lv.125 Cap. 100% sure those "Files" for the Baghdad Content are released here. If not, I saw something on RZ about these.

Theres no 16-17D Server out yet, not even with Custom Degrees.
It would be so easy for everyone when they know the Source of those Custom Weapons/Items and how to edit those but nah, Community is not so far to do this which is actually a good thing when I think about the "Copy 'n Paste" Servers...
If that would happen we had plenty of 20-25D Servers out here =P
