open your task manager and disable your internet connection....
If your load on cpu getup to 100 % YOU STILL GOT IT .even if you deleted all files .. which you can do with virus but as long as you reboot this will comeback.
I ll post any more info i get on this.

Ok here is whatyou do to fix andromeda trojan .. This bug has been posted at least 9 times in this forum, Mostly by dec 2007 junior memers...
I got it from projecthax after some one hacked the site and posted this in clintless bot sticky UNDER NAME OF WEEMAN ( weeeman later posted here that it was not him).
If you have system restore on your windows xp and have a previous restore date available do the following, if not format you harddrives and re install windows.
Downlo0ad :
1- adaware from lavasoft.com
2- Unlocker ( do a search for it you will find it online )

---
3- run install for unlocker and adware , update, scan (smart scan would do but complete scan is much better)

4- let adaware remove every thing it finds.
5- delete C:\Windows\system32\addin\ ( if fails use unlocker).
There should be 2 files one is sysrepair.exe and klog.dat )(your info log).
6- run sysrestore from windows help to a previous date.

also my Pc doesnt freeze..does this mean im safe? im using mcafee .. so maybe mcafee blocked the trojan..

on addin folder i have only one hidden file named " klog " ... that means i am not infected?? :-SS by the way... when i downloaded that crack and bot.... i accesed the bot... and the crack i have infected myself with that? ....

i think lots of ppl got hacked by this noob..

EDIT: @PuppetMaster...at me the folder apears like hidden ... i sugest you to do this :
1) First click there up on tools
2) click on Folder options
3) on that window chose there the " View " TAB
4) there will be a list of things you search " Hidden Files And Folders " when you see it... there choose " Show hidden files and folders " and you will have the addin folder...

danger83 -> if only the klog remains, you are safe. delete it, its just the logged passwords, encrypted.

PuppetMaster -> you should be safe aswell, assuming you are not running windows vista (i dont know how to fix this on vista, sorry)

hido: yes, because you only infected one OS. the other OS does not load the sysrepair32.exe while booting, so you can simply delete the 2 files in the addin folder of your infected OS (because the one you are on now is clean, as you said). just dont mistakenly double-klick it or press enter, then both of your systems are infected ;x

and in general, you dont need to reformat your whole PC like many people say. use one of the following solutions if you only have one OS / one PC:

or just use an old Win98 bootdisk if you still got a floppy drive :P

Knoppix Live CD

Ultimate Boot CD
^there you need to remove the 2 files manually using the command prompt

or just use an old Win98 bootdisk if you still got a floppy drive :P
