danger83 -> if only the klog remains, you are safe. delete it, its just the logged passwords, encrypted.
PuppetMaster -> you should be safe aswell, assuming you are not running windows vista (i dont know how to fix this on vista, sorry)
hido: yes, because you only infected one OS. the other OS does not load the sysrepair32.exe while booting, so you can simply delete the 2 files in the addin folder of your infected OS (because the one you are on now is clean, as you said). just dont mistakenly double-klick it or press enter, then both of your systems are infected ;x
and in general, you dont need to reformat your whole PC like many people say. use one of the following solutions if you only have one OS / one PC:
^there you need to remove the 2 files manually using the command prompt
or just use an old Win98 bootdisk if you still got a floppy drive :P
