dont really know you could test it by staying there but i think there are two possibilities
1.they will disappear after a while because if not the whole map would be full of them
2. they stay there till they get killed so joymax set up a specific number of pillars so the map wont be full of them.
personally i think its number one because if they wont get killed because they are not in a really popular area they simply stay and are useless but maybe you find something more on the silkroad hompage
they still there as long as u still attacking in same spot ( happened to me) i even didnt attack it and another one spawn i wouldnt handle it if i didnt have a 8/8 pt especially when u r a cleric they will attack u
They stay for ever ! I tried it , i botted all night at Sniper , next morning i Show the client , and pwaaah dimension pillars all over the place , there was like a hundred of them , thanks to Sbot for the "Avoid dimension pillars" option i don't really think i can handle 500 Envy ^^
