Then probably Cave Spot Room 1 or this secret Room with 61-63 bugs are better for you. They do only physical damage, and attack pretty slow so you can easily tank and repot meanwhile.
€: Edimmu/shakram do mixed attacks and attack also faster, so bugs are the better choice
You didnt mention that ibot thingy. I dont know if ibot works in cave, i quitted iSro long time ago and on that time there wasnt any ibot out so you have to try. But i also remember that some said, iBot aint working correct in DW cave .. give it a try maybe.
