Banned....

Ok today i started bot like I usally do and I come home from school and everything is ok... I make taxi and then bot took scroll to hotan because of pots and under that time i changed graphic and suddenly got this message : Silkroad online is not responding ( Its actually by windows

) and i start again and sbot says it cant connect and many failures is occuring so I tryed to start manually without anything and got the nasty message : You have been banned for 14 days 2nd Offense.... and expire date and that stuff. I use sbot and dont do anything more than using a bot. So , 2nd offense now... Shall I keep playing on my lovley 54 FF Nuker

? I really need a answer from u guys and I also wonder if email Joymax about the prob ( and make a lie :P ) will they maybe unbann me and remove the offens because of illegal softwares ?

I really need ur guys help

Mail them and tell them there must be a mistake, because you already got 2 offenses and you never did anything wrong

You used a bot, you got banned, get over it! Others lost 100FF chars and 90+ chars without any 7d or 14d temp. ban, they got banned for 1000 years so you are still lucky ..
