PServer 80 Cap Spear Built (Help)

Hello everyone,

i just started on a privat server (CH only) with 80 lvl cap/300 mastery cap and need some advise:

I usually loved to play full str glavie, full Int S/S or spear nuker.
This time i choosed Spear Nuker again, but i cannot decide between full int spear nuker and hybrid spear nuker.

Full Int Spear Nuker:
Built?
Equiment typ?

or

Hybrid Spear Nuker:
Built?
Stats?
Equipment typ?

pro and cons of both?
