Question for private server

Hi all ^^

I wanted to ask you guys if its still possible to create a private server?

And if so where can i get the files from it ? i searched but i didn't found working files.

Tell me if u know it please ^^

Who has this Files will not post them...
But I don't know why... I think better to publish this Files for all programmers make Alterations to be like the isro...

Why would they post the files? They are a monopoly why would JoyMax make competition? If there are Files out there and you got them, it would be almost imposable to make a running p sever that has other people.

Quite hard to do that, and unless you leak (or steal, have it your way) the files, or make them, you won't get your hands on them...
