90 cap int bower build question

Hey, I want to create an intbower for only one purpose, unique hunting.
Since the server I am playing on is a bit unique oriented (sox and premium item drops, its Prime Online if you are interested) and there are luckily no shtty euto chars to ruin the fun , I feel like I have to join in the hunt.

I feel bored with normal nukers.

I already have a few moon armor and prot parts, and a bow too. (on this serves sos=tier3, som=tier3+2, sun=tier3+3, just for the information)

My main problem is, I can not decide the build.
Pure int would be too vulnerable and I don't want to invest in cold (weakened snowshield would need to pull it up to 90), so I came to the decision of making it fire/light. If he can survive for 1 min every 3 min without snow then he should be fine without that buff too.

So I came to this decision with the statbuild:
I need at leat 9k hp unbuffed, that is around adding 50 str and the rest to int.
So 159 str and 326 int, almost 1:2 phy balance 60% mag balance 84%.
With FB set it is 14k hp 71% phy and 101% mag balance.

Any opinion? My main goal is shaitan, but he deals magic dmg if ikr.
In this case should I stick with pure int and grab garment?

If you want make it only for unique, do it with garment, may 7:1, cause pure will die fast.
What's the mastery limit? 300 or 330 ?
If 300 I suggest:
90 Pacheon
90 Fire ( simply nuck from fire got better distance, mobs won't attack you like on light)
90 Cold (with snow 60% you are untouchable)
30 Light
If 330:
90 Pacheon
90 Fire
80 cold
70 light.
