Person C (Valuable Item)

And person B makes sure that neither A nor C scam each other?

From what I've seen in town spammers, it seems some of those gold sites offer such a service, but either way you have to trust someone.

It would be safer to ask an admin or a moderator. Or, someone who has been the part of the community for long time, and is known as trusted person.
