I did charge back and my character was banned and that what they replay me on the Paypal :

Please be informed that we have deposited your Silk in your account. Please refer to our policy that all Fees and Charges are non-refundable. Please refer to Users Agreement. We are hoping for your deepest understanding with this issue.

What is it mean ,that they are denied the request to charge back ?
What's will happen?

as I understand I will not get money back,but the character will back from banned ?

yep. finally joymax can do something against bots if they would refuse to refund any payments. WHAHAHAHAHAHA.

this means that joymax gave you silk and it is on your account now and they must have banned your char because of something else not silk recharge i dont know may be loader or bot usage and in the joymax message they just say that u cannot take your money back after you charged silk

im sorry to say that, but are the most ignorant person that ive ever seen. if you would listen to what we said, you would know how this ends.

doesnt support any of this criminal intents that some "players" have.
