if u are referring to Torque, then it basically lets u log on to silkroad clientless, it has a variety of other functions too, but it does not bot, does not kill, does not lvl up on its own =)
arckosfr to explain better let's say you have a high level char and you want to powerlevel another char. if you have enough RAMs and video memory then you can use rumata's loader, but if you don't have and oped 2 or more clients and PC start to LAG then you use this tool that login for you, and your PC wont lag. for detailed functions on the tool read it's description.
