Best build for Pure int Spear?

I am making a pure int spear and i wanted to know the best build for it. I was also wondering about the best imbue. Thnx

well there are generally 2 sets of 2 choices for this build

first set of 2 :P
pure int
or
8:1

and the second is
fire and light
or
light and cold
getting both imbues :P and getting 90 heuksal. you need 90 heuksal for the HP passive.
if you were to go s/s you could go
90 fire 90 light 90 cold and 30 bicheon.
but as always there is NEVER a best build it's whatever you prefer to play.

Light 70

Cold 70

Fire is the best imbue.

i think Best build for Pure Int Spear its

90 Heuksal
70 Fire
70 Ligh
70 Ice

ICe its Necesary if u r Int cause u dont have too much Hp so u need Def...

A friend of mine is a full int spear to, he's owning pretty good with his build, havn't seen anyone his level that he can't defeat ( He's level 73 ).

His build is ( for level 90 ) ;
Heuksal 90
Light 90
Ice 90
Force 30

He's wearing Garmet as you can see from the skills.

90+90+70+70 = 320
Mastery Level Total = 300

Go Pur Int Spear
Heuksal 90 (Because you cant Nuke the whole time)
Fire 90 (Because strong Nuke)
Cold 90 (Because defence increase)
Lightning 30 (Because parry & mag. atck. power increase)

I would say

90 Heuksal
90 Light
90 Ice
30 Fire (To be immune to frostbite)

Since you wont use you're nukes that much and you have high magical defence, don't max fire.

Then again, it's your choice.

Explanation: Spear has the least physical defence in any form, as a hybrid or pure. Even less than S/S because at S/S you have shield which adds up to your both magical and physical damage. To compensate for it a bit more, you take mostly a Ice, as it increases your physical defence which is in spearer's case the most important, especially at start, since most of creatures are of physical nature.
You can aswell try fire spear, but it is as interesting build as making Ice STR bower. A bit more difficult to handle, but still worth try.

i seriously need a pro's opinion on this i own a 72 pure int spear right now skills right now are as follows :
Fire 71 ..( maxed skills)
lightning 60.. ( maxed skills)
cold 60 ( maxed skills)
heuksal 50

oh yh and i wear sun armour 8th dg ( i thought by wearing sun armour i would compensate for the low cold defence buffs i have ).....

what i need in my character is awesome damage, and survival i know i cant tank that much in PVP but i wanna atleast hold on in job and guild wars!!

so as many guides stated they tend to say that best of most is lighting 90/ cold90/ heuksal 90/ fire 30 or fire90/ cold90/ heuksal 90/ light 30....though i aint that convinced with the latter cause of light 30 thingy too low force piercing skill n' too low movement speed!!! specially the phantom moves!!!

nd if i was to choose the first option fire 30 , i gotta dlvl fire from 71 fully maxed skills in it to fire mastery lvl 30 OO gosh what a waste :'(

so i need pro's opinion on my situation .... plzz help guyz!!!!!!!

oh yh i forgot 1 more thing , if i was to take the 1st option of lowering fire to 30 ,, id have to take up lighting imbue , but isnt fire imbue the strongest of all Oo n' arent the fire nukes way stronger than lightin nukes?!

you dont need lightning ... change to garment and all is fine...

1)so ur sayin i should go fire 90/ cold90/ heusksal 90 and light dlvl it to 30 ?!?!?!
2)but as i already stated dlvling light to 30 would deprive me outta speed, outta parry ratio and piercing force skills!!!!
3)last thing... i thought pure ints already have good mag. def shouldn't i be more concerned with the phys defence?!?!

just go 90 heuksal ice and lightning.. and go 100 heuksal ice lightning after the update ;-)
