If I remember correctly U need to manually fix cooldown time for these skills, try searching in bots skills script, and keep in mind that cooldown time is in miliseconds.
When U add them in bot screen there is 5 minutes cooldown, take a look in skills when U start the bot and that's why bot doesn't use them as it should.
I found this solution somewhere on this forum, but I can't remember where. Try search button.
