Extra Skillbar

just wanted to ask if there is a way to get a extra skillbar .... like F5,F6.
Or maybe there is a way to get an extra transparent skillbar ?

He asked if he can get an extra bar,NOT "how to use the extra bar" ...

@Topic why do you need more skillbars? There is F1 F2 F3 F4 and 2 other skill bars (the transparent ones) and i dont think there is a way to get extra bars
