How to make add the skill bar to a vid?

Okay so I was makin a pvp vid, I used overlays to separate the skill bar and the hp/mp bar from the video (the pvp video itself is zoomed in on), but I cant figure out how to zoom in on the skill bar and the hp/mp bar, (so the pvp itself is larger sized but the hp/mp bars and skill bar are normal sized o.O)
P.S. I'm using Sony Vegas 11 HD Platinum or somethin like that :P

EDIT: NVM found out how to do it by accident :P
EDIT 2: Looking for suggestions on how to make it better cos it looks kind of wierd...

well, for skillbar etc u need to put the video again,
so if you want HP bar + Skill bar + Video, you need to have the video 3 times in vegas.
put them in a raw down in order..
at the first raw, rightclick -> Video Pan/Crop and chose as you want..
then you see on the left, a symbol that is white with a blue arrow to a blue window called "track motion"(screen)
press that and u can put the bar where ever you want,
do it with the 2nd video too.. Enjoy

exactly how I figured it out,
Did the video on top, 2nd track was the hp/mp, 3rd track was the skills, then voice and music.
