New and noob :S

Well i'm new, used to play co2, and now at SRO...

But i got the **** problem that when i log in, i get dced a lot of times and realy get the **** of it.

I heared ther is a trick/hack to solve that problem, but what one is it??

can someone plz help me?

well the problem is, they ar german, and i'm dutch :S so i can read a bit of them, but not completely, and i just need the name of the prgram, so i can search for it
