believe me you would have to choose from one
i went to gym for like 3 months and understanded that this aint for me, i lift things and i put them down lol
well i pay 30 euro for one month, so i dont think its real expensive because gyms if its a more flashy one they cost over 40 euro atleast in my country

I am not that 'fighter guy' I've never had a 'real fight' in my life


and also I pay less than 20 € per month.. beeing at the gym is like beeing at home, I will never quit

I think eben chess counts as a sport. (At least for the Guys who Play it.(I'm playing it but it's Not a sport in my eyes.))

At the Afternoon with some Friends Football or Basketball (Just4Fun)

Some years ago i was in a Fight Club for other but MMA was the best in Combination with the GYM you have good chanced for a nice body ^^

1.) Gym (4 times per week)
2.) Rope skipping (3-4 times per week)

as well as (depending on weather and what I prefer the most):
Running and Mountainbiking (1-2 times per week)

I actually started ropeskipping a few weeks ago and I like it a lot, it is way way way more exhausting than running or mountainbiking.
