Im not Saying html cant be an Exploit. Im saying Dxt really has no exploit, this i verifyed it with Himura already. No such thing exist...

On the site you uploaded it to, you don't have the ability to see how many times it's been downloaded.

I did download it btw, the file name is:
Credit_Card_Payment_%28secure%29.exe

and it looks liek this when open:
