I kind of disagree with the post above me btw. The new skill tree makes it possible for chinese to pick Heuksal for example together with ice/light/fire max. On top of that they will have buffed attack stats by (abt) 10%. On 90 cap in PVP i think chinese spear for example will be very strong, yes ofcourse they will get KS'd by wizards for uniques, but that doesnt take away that for a solo player chinese atm is probably the best option to choose.
As european you will have a tough time, certainly on the lower levels.

Sorry, of course meant to say that only tradeable (I accidentally wrote non-tredeable instead) silk counts towards VIP. Just wanted to make it clear

It's because you have to agree to these terms first: 
Before I was level 0, after agreeing to them, I'm VIP level 1!
It'll only stay for a week, but still nice

You must use 300silk to get VIP 2(buy dress,prem,grab pet anything)

And also, I hope you bought C-coins? It seems only those will count towards the VIP levels. Just like on the other Silkroad-R servers where only Premium Silk counts towards the VIP levels
