Yep, unless you're VIP level 1 or above (which requires you to buy $10 silk each month, which you can spend on whatever you want), you can only get exp for 3 hours per day.

This system was made to prevent goldbots.

This was back in cap 70, I raged for days haha. Hope to see some nice players on the server =)
