hey guys....


let's see how expert you are.... and see who have a solution for this problem......


- If i create new China Char and "Start" ... there are no problems... all fine !

- but if i create new EUro Char and "press "Start" i get this error :

"The Server is not running. Please try to connect again later. (S1033)"

may someone know what the problem is ?

NOTE: I have even cleaned my complete Database but still same problem on starting EU chars....

If its a Pserver you talk about its that either Euro Chars or specific Char. spawning regions/areas are deactivated.

If its iSRO try out the C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts open with Notepad and add the actual Joymax server IP or host adress entry there.

121.128.133.9 gwgt4.joymax.com

with IPs im a bit unsure maybe you have to test it with netstat -n to see your actual connected IP address.

how i can found out if eu chars are closed or no ??

This error usually only happens when the spawnlocation is disabled. Check where they should spawn after creation and check if its enabled or not. If you didnt make the database,check where they spawn because maybe they dont spawn in constantinople but in a special town or something.
EU Chars cant be "closed" since you created one.

check your char location from _Char , and then check if the char location is activated at _RefRegionBindAssocServer
that's all inside sro_vt_shard

Which SQL Server Version are you using? I got this problem with the 2012sqlserver version and switched to 2005 later to 2008.

Double check if your regions are all loading!
