SRO is not updating

Hello,i have reinstaled silkroad ant after instalation i tired to launch it to update but nothing happend...i tried everything but nothing help's reinstaling again too can you give me some solutions?

yes the launcher opens options guide and blablabla...but not updating and start is not appearing..

try to turn off your firewall and anti vir programm
also visit the sro hp before you start silkroad.

nahh..still dont updating...i am wonderig can i it be because of these ip's whitch i wrote in to host file because if i delete them and when i start sro it says that "Invalid client" and blabla..

OMG atlast i found the solution...i have downloaded the agBot runned the media patcher nuconnector agBot and sro started updating ty for trying to help

i having same problem need help tried the opening the site and then launching still not work please help and please with proper description

You just need to open and close the launcher a few times untill it starts updating.

or maybe you edited your hosts files and blocked joymax`s servers.

go to /windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts open it with notepad.
if you see anything like:
gwgt1.joymax.com
gwgt2.joymax.com
remove it.
If not,its your crappy internet speed.open the launcher 5 or more times until it will start uploading.

p.s when i`m running it,i dont move the mouse while holding the cursor on the launcher,and start button always appears after 5 seconds in this way.

sometimes it happens

I don't no if its a coincidence but not moving ur mouse works
